The advanced painter will see and practice painting with intent. Techniques and design will be practiced on ceramic tiles and small canvases. Once comfortable with this new approach, participants will finish a 16" x 20" masterpiece.
We'll explore techniques for dispersing the paint, controlling focus and planning design, working across more than one canvas at a time, varnishing techniques, and adding enhancements after the painting is dry.
Participants should be familiar with basic acrylic pouring techniques and ideally should have completed the Introductory and Intermediate Acrylic Pouring Techniques workshops with Beth.
Rhapsody Art Gallery will be providing appetizers and beverages for this class. This class is for ages 18 and over.
