Select all areas of interest that apply to you. Some are monthly (Board Members for example) while other positions are “as needed” or “when you can” such as Street Team positions.
Board Member: An elected participant on the Board of Directors for HOTC. The Board of Directors is defined as the governing body that makes decisions pertaining to our mission and leadership. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting in various roles at HOTC events, monthly board meetings, community outreach for participants, and planning of HOTC events.
Committee Head: Oversees a committee to ensure specific tasks are delegated and completed.
Committee Member: Appointed for a specific purpose, related either to an event or area of organizational function (such as education or press).
Press / Journalist: A volunteer that writes articles for the HOTC blog, related to art in the Fort Wayne and surrounding community to be released on the website and social media.
Photographer: A volunteer that captures events and local art happenings via photography
General Volunteer / Street Team: A volunteer that helps with tasks at events during and leading up to events.
Gallery Setup / Street Team: A volunteer that helps set up and take down galleries/event booths for various events.
Educational Instructor: Volunteer that would lead a heART 101 educational class on a creative skill or art-related subject.
